Y se me ocurre tomar de digestivo de sobremesa un chupito de un delicioso y controlado orujo gallego. Tomado en muy justa medida, es un sorbo pl\u00e1cido si no hay que conducir. Su sabor recuerda a tonos de canela, fruta en alm\u00edbar, hierbas bals\u00e1micas. Su color es \u00e1mbar cobrizo con destellos anaranjados en el ribete.
