Aceite de oliva virgen extra<br \/>\n6 Huevos de codorniz<br \/>\nVirutas de jam\u00f3n Joselito<br \/>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nLimpiar las alcachofa y vaciar el centro. Fre\u00edrlos en aceite unos 5\u00b4. Escurrir muy bien. Cascar los huevos y poner en el centro de cada alcachofa frita. Gratinar en el grill hasta que los huevos est\u00e9n en su punto, unos 4\u00b4. Terminar poniendo el jam\u00f3n Joselito por encima en virutas crujientes.
