Posteriormente se deja macerar y trancurrido el tiempo de maceraci\u00f3n se deja curar en secadero natural el tiempo necesario, para ser envasada al vac\u00edo en su momento justo. Se conserva a temperatura ambiente no superior a 22\u00ba.
