Sevilla esta de feria y este plato es muy casetero. <\/p>\n<p><\/EM><STRONG>Ingredientes :<\/STRONG><br \/>\n1\/2 Kg de callos,<br \/>\n1\/2 Kg. de garbanzo remojados,<br \/>\n1 chorizo, 1 tomate, 1 pimiento,<br \/>\n1 cabeza de ajo,<br \/>\n1 cucharada de piment\u00f3n,<br \/>\nguindillas al gusto,<br \/>\n1\/2 vaso de aceite de oliva, 1 cebolla,<br \/>\n1 hoja de laurel, agua y sal<br \/>\n<STRONG>Elaboraci\u00f3n: <\/STRONG><br \/>\nSe pueden comprar ya listos para guisar o limpiar y cocer. Ya tiernos, apartar y escurrir. Se pasan a una olla donde se a\u00f1aden los garbanzos, cubrir de agua todos los av\u00edos: chorizo, majado de ajos, guindillas, pimiento, tomate y piment\u00f3n, aceite y sal.
