Elaboraci\u00f3n de origen andalus\u00ed, es protagonista galamera de la cristiana festividad del Corpus.<\/p>\n<p> Ingredientes:<br \/>\n1 kg de az\u00facar<br \/>\n300 g. de almendras peladas<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de lim\u00f3n<br \/>\n1 cucharada de agua<br \/>\nElaboraci\u00f3n:<br \/>\nPoner en un perol de cobre el az\u00facar, lim\u00f3n y agua, derretirlo hasta que est\u00e9 a punto de caramelo, agregarle las almendras. Extender el conjunto en una superficie de m\u00e1rmol sin que sobrepase el cent\u00edmetro de espesor. Cortar en cuadritos antes de que se enfr\u00ede.
