Ya caliente echar el bogavante partido por la mitad. Sofre\u00edr y reservar. A\u00f1adir a la sart\u00e9n la cebolla picada, la sepia troceada y las alcachofas a cuartos. Rehogar todo el sofrito -unos 10\u00b4 y agregar el tomate rallado. Remover y echar el agua.
