Perejil fresco<br \/>\nAceite de oliva virgen extra<br \/>\nPimienta negra molida<br \/>\nPan rallado<br \/>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nPicar la cebolla y\u00a0sofre\u00edr\u00a0con aceite. Mientras a la carne le a\u00f1adimos el perejil picado el ajo, sal y pimienta y un huevo entero batido. Echar la cebolla y el pan rallado a la carne con un poco de aceite y amasar bien. Formar a modo de hamburguesas y fre\u00edr en aceite.
