Cuando est\u00e9 listo (aprox unos 15&#8242;) vamos sacando los trozos de patata, la calabaza y la cebolla y lo ponemos todo en la batidora con un poco de agua de la cocci\u00f3n. Ya con la textura deseada a\u00f1adir el aceite de oliva hasta dar el punto deseado.
