Se capturan en la costa y en los r\u00edos y se cr\u00edan tambi\u00e9n en piscifactor\u00edas. \u00a0Es el \u00fanico alev\u00edn permitido por las leyes de pesca. Un a\u00f1o fui jurado en Galicia, en su fiesta, y casi llego a aborrecerlas. Pero, el precio actual me ha impedido consumar esa saciedad.
